The effect of programmatic nursing intervention in interventional thrombolysis treatment for lower limb deep vein thrombosis
Objective To explore the intervention effect of programmatic nursing in the interventional thrombolysis treatment for lower limb deep vein thrombosis,to provide reference for improving clinical efficacy. Methods A total of 70 patients with lower limb deep vein thrombosis treated with interventional thrombolysis at Tianjin Nankai Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 35 patients in each group. The control group patients were given routine nursing, while the observation group received programmatic nursing interventions on the basis of the control group. The rehabilitation effect, incidence of complications, quality of life scores and disease uncertainty scores before and after intervention between two groups of patients were compared. Results The differences in calf circumference, thigh circumference and hospital stay in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.86% ,which was significantly lower than that in the control group with 17.14% ,and the difference was statistically significant(x2=3.968,P<0.05).Before intervention, there were no statistically significant differences in the quality of life scores and disease uncertainty scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention, the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the disease uncertainty score was lower than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Programmatic nursing could reduce the incidence of complications in patients with lower limb deep vein thrombosis undergoing interventional thrombolysis treatment, improve rehabilitation effect, and it was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
