Influence of holistic nursing in operating room on breast cancer patients
Objective To analyze the influence of holistic nursing in operating room on breast cancer patients,in order to provide guidance for relieving patients'preoperative tension and improving nursing statisfaction degree.Methods A total of 50 patients with breast cancer who received surgical treatment in Gaotang County People's Hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the observation objects,and were divided into the reference group and the study group with 25 cases in each group according to equal computer random grouping method.The reference group received routine nursing in operating room,and the study group received holistic nursing in operating room.The scores of anxiety self-assessment scale(SAS),depression self-assessment scale(SDS)and nursing satisfaction rate between two groups of patients were compared.Results The nursing satisfaction rate and compliance rate of the study group were 100.00％ and 100.00％ ,respectively,which were higher than those of the reference group with 84.00％ and 80.00％ ,and the differences were statistically significant(x2=4.348,5.556,P＜0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of the study group were lower than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Compared with the rountine nursing mode,the application effect of holistic nursing in operating room was better,it could play the positive influence in their psychological state,relieve preoperative tension,reduce psychological burden,build confidence,promote postoperative recovery,improve prognosis,and at the same time,it could obtain patients'active cooperation,improve nursing efficiency.Through the whole process of high-quality surgical nursing,it could obtain good nursing evaluation and improve nursing satisfaction rate,it had clinical promotion value.
