Research on the construction of the elderly care service system of"integrated eldercare services with medical care"in Zaozhuang city
Objective To investigate the current situation of elderly care services of"integrated eldercare services with medical care"in Zaozhuang city,to explore the problems and causes encountered in the development process of elderly care services of"integrated eldercare services with medical care"in Zaozhuang city,and to propose measures to improve elderly care services of"integrated eldercare services with medical care",so as to provide scientific basis for the high-quality development of elderly care services of"integrated eldercare services with medical care"in Zaozhuang city.Methods By consulting literature and making questionnaires and adopting convenient sampling method,we investigated the elderly living in elderly care institutions and medical institutions to understand the basic situation of the elderly and their cognition and demand for elderly care services of"integrated eldercare services with medical care",and used Excel to corganize and analyze the collected information.Results The average age of 196 elderly people surveyed was(68.5±6.1)years old.Most of patients suffered from one or more chronic diseases.Most of them had medical insurance.A total of 71.43％of the elderly did not know about the elderly care services of"integrated eldercare services with medical care",and 76.53％of the elderly were willing to choose the elderly care services of"integrated eldercare services with medical care"in the future.Conclusion The concept of elderly care in Zaozhuang city was relatively traditional,and the elderly care services of"integrated eldercare services with medical care"was still in the exploratory stage.In response to some problems that had arisen in the development process,it was recommended to vigorously promote the elderly care services of"integrated eldercare services with medical care",broaden the market for elderly care services of"integrated eldercare services with medical care",establish an information service platform,and innovate the model of medical care and elderly care services.
