Effect of minimally invasive percutaneous locking plate internal fixation in the treatment of tibial and fibular fractures
Objective To explore the efficacy of minimally invasive percutaneous locking plate internal fixation in the treatment of patients with tibial and fibular fractures,in roder to provide guidance for the clinical treatment of tibial and fibular fractures.Methods Sixty patients with tibial and fibular fractures who received treatment in Liaocheng City Chiping District Second People's Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group with 30 cases in each group according to the different surgical methods.The control group underwent open reduction with ordinary steel plate internal fixation,while the observation group underwent minimally invasive percutaneous locking plate internal fixation.The incision length,surgical time,fracture healing time,the excellent and good rates of ankle joint function and the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups were compared.Results The incision length,surgical time and fracture healing time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 6.67%,which was lower than 26.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(x2=4.320,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the excellent and good rate of ankle joint function between the two group(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with tibial and fibular fractures were treated with minimally invasive percutaneous locking plate internal fixation,which had a smaller incision,faster fracture healing speed,and a lower incidence of postoperative complications,the recovery effect of ankle joint function was better,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
