Observation on the curative effect of hysteroscopic electrotomy in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and surgical safety of hysteroscopic electrotomy for patients with abnormal uterine bleeding,and to explore the effective surgical methods for the clinical treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding.Methods A total of 140 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding admitted to Yancheng Third People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2023 were included and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 70 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine curettage treatment,and the patients in the observation group were given hysteroscopic electrotomy treatment.The surgical excellent rate,the surgical time,the surgical bleeding volume,the time for menses to return to normal and the incidence of postoperative complication between two groups were compared.Results The surgical excellent rate of the observation group was 100.00%,which was higher than that of the control group with 94.29%,and the difference was statistically significant(x2=4.117 6,P<0.05).The surgical time in the observation group was longer than that in the control group,the surgical bleeding volume was less than that in the control group,the time for menses to return to normal was shorter than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 0.00%,which was lower than 5.71%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(x2=4.117 6,P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of hysteroscopic electrotomy for patients with abnormal uterine bleeding was relatively significant,and the surgical time was relatively short,the patients had less bleeding during the operation,the patients had short time to return to normal menstruation after the operation,the incidence of complications was low,and the operation safety was high,which had high clinical application value.
