Application study of tumor abnormal protein combined with CT in early screening of lung cancer
Objective To analyze the application value of tumor abnormal protein combined with CT in early screening of lung cancer,in order to provide reference for improving the effectiveness of clinical early screening of lung cancer. Methods A total of 300 routine screening personnel admitted to Weifang City Yidu Central Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the observation objects.Abnormal tumor proteins and CT examination were performed, and abnormal glycan glycoproteins were measured for tumor abnormal proteins. The disease diagnosis results(sensitivity, specificity, diagnostic accuracy, positive predictive value, negative predictive value)of different screening methods were analyzed. Results The sensitivity, specificity, diagnostic accuracy, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of abnormal tumor protein and CT in screening lung cancer were relatively high. However, the sensitivity, specificity, diagnostic accuracy, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of combined examination were higher than those of individual examination, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there were no statistically significant differences in the sensitivity, specificity, diagnostic accuracy, positive predictive value and negative predictive value between abnormal tumor proteins and CT examination(P>0.05).Conclusion In the early screening process of lung cancer, both tumor abnormal protein and CT examination could obtain high diagnostic value. Moreover, the combination of tumor abnormal protein and CT could improve disease diagnosis sensitivity, specificity, diagnostic accuracy, positive predictive value and negative predictive value. This facilitated the early detection of lung cancer and further diagnosis and treatment, which played an important role in improving lung cancer survival rate and was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
