Research progress on the pathological diagnosis of precancerous lesions and early cancer of the digestive tract
Digestive tract cancer is the current more common clinical cancer disease, for example, esophageal cancer, gastric cancer, appendix mucinous adenocarcinoma, colorectal cancer, etc.,which belong to the higher incidence of cancer disease. From the medical feedback of digestive tract cancer patients, digestive tract cancer will seriously affect the quality of daily life, can also lead to patients'death. Most of the early digestive tract cancers are not easy to detect, but once diagnosed,it is possible that it has developed to the middle and end-stage digestive tract cancer, leaving patients not much time for treatment and survival. At present, clinical medicine has many feasible means in the examination and diagnosis of early cancer, such as pathological biopsy, endoscopic ultrasound, etc. These two examination methods have a relatively high detection rate in the diagnosis of digestive tract precancerous lesions and early cancer, and have the advantages of fast speed, high accuracy and low misdiagnosis rate. The existing diagnostic methods can be used to efficiently and accurately complete the diagnosis of digestive tract precancerous lesions and early cancer, diagnose cancer patients as soon as possible, and take active and effective therapeutic intervention measures will directly affect the life quality and survival time of patients. Therefore, this paper reviews the research progress of the pathological diagnosis of digestive tract precancerous lesions and early cancer,in order to provide assistance for the diagnosis and treatment of precancerous lesions and early cancer of the digestive tract.
