Progress in pre hospital emergency nursing of patients with acute myocardial infarction
Acute myocardial infarction(AMI)is one of the current fatal diseases.Epidemiological investigation shows that 50%of the deaths of acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI)die within 1 hour of onset,and most of them are caused by fatal arrhythmia.Therefore,timely and effective on-site treatment of sudden cardiac death is very important.Research shows that early drug treatment or mechanical perfusion is beneficial to the treatment of AMI.Pre hospital emergency accounts for a large proportion in the whole medical aid system,and is the first link in the first aid process,providing basis for hospital rescue.Pre hospital emergency nrusing has been rapidly developed at this stage.The application of network communication technology in emergency,optimization of personnel allocation,integration of hospital resources,etc.,have significantly improved the efficiency of pre hospital emergency work.Through the control of oxygen flow,better oxygen inhalation,scientific condition monitoring and drug intervention,the accuracy of patient diagnosis has been improved,with good effects.Therefore,it is critical to quickly,timely and effectively deal with emergency critically ill patients and do a good job in on-site rescue and transportation.At same time,the rapid and accurate pre hospital emergency nuring is of great significance for saving patients'lives and improving the prognosis of emergency.Therefore,this article reviews the progress of pre hospital emergency nursing for AMI patients,in order to provide guidance for pre hospital emergency nursing for AMI.
