The role of pregnancy health care management in the prevention of pregnancy complications
Objective To analyze the effectiveness of pregnancy health care management interventions in preventing pregnancy complications.Methods A total of 84 pregnant women who were admitted to Tianjin Binhai New Area Hangzhou Road Street Community Health Service Center from January 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group with 42 cases in each group using a random number table method.The pregnant women received routine prenatal examination intervention,and the pregnant women in the observation group received pregnancy health care management intervention on the basis of the control group.The rate of compliance,incidence of pregnancy complications and psychological status between the two groups of pregnant women were compared.Results The total compliance rate of the observation group was 95.24%,which was higher than 73.81%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(x2=7.372,P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.76%,which was lower than 21.43%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(x2=5.126,P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the depression-anxiety-stress scale(DASS)scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the DASS scores of both groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Health care management during pregnancy could effectively improve negative emotions of pregnant women,alleviate their psychological pressure,improve their coordination,reduce the occurrence of complications,and had important significance for improving the prognosis of pregnant women.It was worthy of clinical promotion and reference.
