目的 探索产妇在进行剖宫产术后快速康复中应用双氯芬酸钠栓的效果,为缓解剖宫产术后产妇疼痛提供帮助.方法 选择2022年1月-2023年1月厦门市妇幼保健院实施剖宫产手术的80例产妇,按照随机抽签的方法分为对照组和观察组各40例.两组产妇均进行了剖宫产手术,对照组产妇实施常规药物进行干预,观察组产妇实施双氯芬酸钠栓进行干预.比较两组产妇的术后疼痛程度、不良反应发生率及产后康复时间.结果 观察组产妇术后12 h和24 h NRS评分均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=9.135,7.448,P＜0.05).观察组产妇产后不良反应发生率为5.00％,对照组产妇产后不良反应发生率为7.50％,两组比较差异无统计学意义(x2=0.213,P＞0.05).观察组产妇下床活动时间、影响排尿时间以及肛门排气时间均明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 对进行剖宫产术的产妇应用双氯芬酸钠栓可以加速产后的恢复,不会增加产妇的不良反应,值得临床推广应用.
The application of diclofenac sodium suppository in rapid recovery after cesarean section
Objective To explore the effect of using diclofenac sodium suppositories in the rapid recovery of postpartum women after cesarean section,in order to provide assistance in relieving postpartum pain.Methods A total of 80 pregnant women who underwent cesarean section surgery at Xiamen Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random drawing method,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups of parturients underwent cesarean section surgery,with the control group receiving conventional medication intervention and the observation group receiving diclofenac sodium suppositories intervention.The postoperative pain level,incidence of adverse reactions,and postpartum recovery time between two groups of postpartum women were compared.Results The NRS scores of postoperative pain in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group at 12 and 24 hours,and the differences were statistically significant(t=9.135,7.448,P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.00％,while the incidence in the control group was 7.50％,and there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(x2=0.213,P＞0.05).The observation group had significantly shorter time for postpartum women to get out of bed,affect urination time,and anal exhaust time compared to the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of diclofenac sodium suppositories to postpartum women undergoing cesarean section could accelerate postpartum recovery without increasing adverse reactions,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
