Analysis of the application effect of phased rehabilitation nursing in patients with brain trauma
Objective To explore the application effect of phased rehabilitation nursing in the nursing of patients with brain injury. Methods A total of 92 patients with brain trauma treated in Tianjin Baodi District People's Hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were seleced and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 46 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing and the observation group was treated with phased rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the control group.Nerve defect, motor function, daily living ability, neurocognitive function and satisfaction rate between the two groups were compared. Results Before nursing, there were no significant differences in the scores of NIHSS scale and Fugl-Meyer scale between two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,NIHSS score of patients in two groups was lower than before nursing, and the observation group was lower than the control group,Fugl-Meyer score of patients in two groups were higher than before nursing, and the observation group was higher than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing, there were no significant differences in ADL and MoCA scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing, the scores of ADL and MoCA in two groups were higher than before nursing, and the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group was 97.83%,which was higher than 73.91%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(x2=6.241,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of phased rehabilitation nursing for patients with brain injury could improve cognitive function, promote the recovery of motor function, improve the quality of life and patient satisfaction rate, which was worthy of popularization and application.
