Clinical effect of sucralfate combined with famotidine in the treatment of acute gastritis
Objective To study the clinical effect of sucralfate combined with famotidine in the treatment of acute gastritis. Methods A total of 90 patients with acute gastritis who received treatment in Anqiu People's Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with famotidine, while the observation group was treated with sucralfate based on the control group.Clinical efficacy, time of symptom disappearance and levels of inflammatory factors(PCT,IL-6,TNF-α)before and after treatment between two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.56%,which was higher than 77.78%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(x2=6.154,P<0.05).The disappearance time of upper abdominal distension, belching, acid reflux, and nausea and vomiting in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the levels of inflammatory factors in the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment, the levels of PCT,IL-6 and TNF-α in two groups were significantly lower than before treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The sucralfate combined with famotidine in the treatment of acute gastritis could significantly improve the treatment effect, accelerate the improvement of clinical symptoms, and promote the relief of inflammatory reactions, which was worthy of clinical reference.
