The effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on elderly patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia
Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on elderly patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia,to explore effective nursing measures for patients with this disease. Methods A total of 128 elderly patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia treated in Tianjin Third Central Hospital from March 2021 to April 2022 were selected as this research objects and were divided into control group and observation group with 64 cases in each group according to the random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing and the observation group was given comprehensive rehabilitation nursing. The scores of limb motor function and self-care ability of patients at different time points after the intervention between two groups were compared. Results After intervention for 1 month,2 months, and 3 months, the limb motor function scores of the observation group patients were(40.62±5.08)points,(52.57±6.22)points and(64.88±7.53)points,respectively,which were higher than those of the control group(37.51±5.13)points,(41.41±5.06)points and(47.39±6.44)points,and the differences were statistically significant(t=3.446,11.134,14.121,P<0.05).After intervention for 1 month,2 months, and 3 months, the self-care ability scores of the observation group were(41.74±6.69)points,(56.84±6.97)points and(69.12±7.83)points,which were higher than those of the control group with(38.12±5.27)points,(43.38±5.51)points and(51.45±6.17)points,and the differences were statistically significant(t=3.400,12.119,14.180,P<0.05).Conclusion The development of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing could promote and improve the limb motor function and self-care ability of elderly patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia, and promote the effective improvement of the prognosis level of the disease, and it was worthy of promotion and application in the clinic practice.
