摘要
地方志工作数字化转型是基于传统地方志信息化建设现实基础之上的迭代升级,具有一体化、全方位、数据驱动等特征,其主要内容包括资源数字化、业务数字化、技术融合化、平台一体化、服务智慧化、制度重塑化等.从分析地方志工作数字化转型的背景出发,围绕地方志工作数字化转型"为什么""是什么""干什么"和"怎么干"的问题,阐明地方志工作数字化的概念与内涵.以浙江省为例系统介绍推进地方志工作数字化转型的总体构想、平台架构、业务应用体系及实践探索路径.
Abstract
Digital transformation of local records work is an iteration and upgrade based on the traditional local records'informatization construction,presenting features of being integrated,all-dimensional,and data-driven.Its major contents include digitization of resources,digitization of operations,integration of technologies,all-dimensional platform,smart services,and remolding of systems.Starting from the background of analyzing digital transformation of local records work,and surrounding issues of"why","what","doing what",and"how to do"in digital transformation of local records work,this article expounds the concept and connotations of local records digitization.Taking Zhejiang Province as an example,it systematically introduces the overall conception,platform structure,operation application system,as well as paths of practice and exploration of digital transformation of local records work.
