摘要

分析了当前职业院校产教融合、协同育人亟须解决的教学问题,以广州市城市建设职业学校电梯安装与维修保养专业为例介绍了产教融合、协同育人模式的研究与实践.包括该模式的主要做法、创新与特点、应用效果.该模式建立了产教融合工作机制,与相关企业合作开展实训基地建设和技能培训,并组织师生参与真实项目,锻炼师生的实践能力和解决问题能力.实践结果表明,该模式可以提高学生的职业素养和技能水平,并使学生更好地适应行业发展需求.
