高职院校创业教育模式的探索与实践——以新疆农业职业技术学院为例

摘要
高职院校目前存在全真环境、模拟环境、实训基地、实践课程等多种创业教育模式,存在自主创业比例低、创业空间没有完全开发等问题,在此基础上以新疆农业职业技术学院为例,探索创业氛围营造、实施创业培训、扶持学生创业实践的＂三段式.十百千＂创业教育模式,系统开展创业教育实践活动。探索创业教育的新模式,对提升高职院校学生的创业能力具有一定的现实与理论指导意义。
Abstract
Based on exploring the mode of entrepreneurship educational mode such as real environment,the simulation environment,the training base,practical courses and its problems such as the low proportion of their own businesses,not fully-developed entrepreneurial space in the higher vocational colleges,this paper aimed to create an new mode of entrepreneurship education on the basis of Xinjiang Agricultural Vocational Technical College which named three steps,ten-hundred-thousand containing creating the entrepreneurial atmosphere of the building,the implementation of the entrepreneurship training,and supporting the practice of student entrepreneurs,in order to make sure the entrepreneurship practice will be systematically carried out.Exploring the new model of entrepreneurship education will have certain practical and theoretical guiding significance for enhancing the students entrepreneurial abilities in vocational colleges
