摘要

党的二十大报告提出教育科技人才"三位一体"统筹推进,同时指出要全面提高人才自主培养质量,着力造就拔尖创新人才.整体来看,构建扎根中国大地、具有中国特色的高水平人才培养体系是提高人才自主培养质量的核心,提升学生创新创业素养和能力是其重点,深化高等学校创新创业教育改革则是其关键所在.我国高校创新创业教育得到重视与发展,但也存在一些亟待解决的问题.以高校创新创业教育改革促进全面提高人才自主培养质量,应围绕创新创业教育本质属性和主要目标,转变教育理念、加强基础理论研究、强化培养体系融合、深化产教对接衔接、优化激励保障机制.
