新时代将就业工作贯穿育人全过程已成为高等教育的主要任务,尤其是对于以培育服务区域经济人才的地方本科院校而言,这一工作更是重中之重.然而,现阶段地方本科院校就业育人教育存在服务缺乏针对性、课程体系不健全、实践平台不充足等问题.对此,以就业育人教育模式构建为突破口,从文化层(就业育人环境体系)、知识层(就业育人课程体系)、实践层(就业育人实践平台+赛事体系)三个层面构建地方本科院校"三基一体进阶式"就业育人教育模式,助力地方本科院校实现更加充分更高质量就业.
Abstract
In the new era,integrating employment work throughout the entire process of education has become the main task of higher education,especially for local undergraduate colleges and universities that aim to cultivate and serve regional economic talents,this work is of utmost importance.However,at present,there are problems with employment education in local undergraduate colleges and universities,such as a lack of targeted employment services,an incomplete employment curriculum system,and insufficient employment practice platforms.In this regard,taking the construction of the employment education model as a breakthrough,we will construct a"three foundation integrated advanced"employment education model for local undergraduate colleges and universities from three aspects:the knowledge level(employment education curriculum system),the practice level(employment education practice platform),and the cultural level(employment education competition system),to help local undergraduate colleges and universities achieve more comprehensive and high-quality employment.
