摘要
本文对大学生生涯教育学科建设进行了思考与探索,对大学生生涯教育学科的研究对象、研究方法和理论体系进行了初步界定,认为大学生生涯教育可以成为一门独立的二级学科.提出大学生生涯教育学科建设的指导思想,主要内容和任务,包括学科定位、科学研究、人才培养、队伍建设、平台搭建和学科管理等方面.构建了两个大学生生涯教育的理论模型,包括生涯发展结果模型和生涯教育基本逻辑模型.
Abstract
This paper reflects on and explores the construction of the discipline of college students'career education,and initially defines the research object,research method and theoretical system of the discipline of college students'career education,arguing that college students'career education can become an independent secondary discipline.It puts forward the guiding ideology,main contents and tasks of the construction of college students'career education discipline,including discipline orientation,scientific research,talent cultivation,team building,platform building and discipline management.Two theoretical models of college students'career education are constructed,including the career development result model and the basic logic model of career education.
