The education industry is an important destination for college graduates'employment.This article is based on a survey of employment intentions of graduates from normal universities and a survey of recruitment situations in the education industry.It assesses the employment situation in the education industry and analyzes the characteristics of supply and demand in the industry.In response to the main challenges faced by graduates from normal universities in finding employment,it provides recommendations for promoting high-quality and full employment of college graduates.
