Since flexible employment has become a social popular topic,through this paper we try to distinguish the differences and trends between flexible employment,normal employment,classic flexible employment and foreign flexible employment of college students in China.From the perspective of career education,we combine domestic and foreign research and survey interviews,and try to answer the question of"What is the flexible employment in modern China".Based on the combination of quantitative and qualitative research,this paper excavates the correlations between flexible employment,social industry revolution and career transition.By analyzing"How we should treat flexible employment",we expect to unify thoughts and education activities among higher education gradually.At the same time,on the basis of mechanism research and answering the question of"How and what's the best to do flexible employment",this paper claims we could progressively build a career education system and career development system regarding college students'needs of flexible employment,by building a career education map in full range,executing a complete set of career education acts and performing career education development activities among extensive populations.
