An Analysis of the Employment Tendency and Influencing Factors of College Students Born after 2000——Based on a Survey of Representative Universities in Jiangxi Province
An in-depth analysis of the employment tendencies and influencing factors of college students born after 2000 is of great significance for scientifically guiding their employment and improving the quality and efficiency of their employment,in line with the needs of college students.This study is based on survey data from representative universities in Jiangxi Province,and conducts an empirical analysis on the current situation and influencing factors of employment tendencies among college students born after 2000.The results indicate that college students born after 2000 have a prominent tendency towards"slow employment";Employment is dominated by party,government,or public institutions with relatively strong stability and security;Gender,grade,major category,academic performance,entrepreneurial experience,efficiency of online information acquisition,and the impact of macroeconomic environment on the concept of career choice all have a significant impact on the employment tendency of college students born after 2000.In order to improve the efficiency and quality of employment for college students,multiple efforts should be made to assist them in rational career choices;Develop differentiated employment guidance plans based on the characteristics of college students born after 2000 and guide them to rationally view the impact of macroeconomic fluctuations on employment.
