At present,in addition to the huge employment pressure and structural contradictions,the employment cognition of college students is also one of the important factors.It is found that the cognitive deviation of college students in employment is mainly manifested in four aspects:extreme employment mentality,assimilation of employment choice,slack employment sentiment and idealization of employment motivation.This study takes 2023 college graduates in Shaanxi Province as the research object,adopts questionnaire survey method and in-depth interview method,and analyzes the six main reasons of graduates'employment cognition deviation from two dimensions of employment choice and employment cognition.It tries to make joint efforts from the relevant government departments,universities,media,families and students themselves to reduce the cognitive bias of college students in employment,in order to help college students achieve more adequate and higher quality employment.
