As a key group in employment work,the employment status of college graduates is particularly important.This article takes Zhongnan University of Economics and Law as an example,targeting four different groups:fresh graduates,junior students,alumni,and employers.Through questionnaire survey and interview methods,relevant research is conducted on the current employment status and influencing factors of college graduates.The current employment status of students is analyzed,and the problems in current employment work are pointed out,And based on the research results,relevant suggestions are proposed,which can also provide reference for the employment work of other universities.
