The development quality of the job market for college graduates is highly related to the effectiveness of their career guidance.Based on the survey data of Jiangsu from 2017 to 2022,it analyzes the performances of the job search,recruitment and job supply.It also points out the path of market towards campus and socialization,and the impact of market seasonality,competitiveness,and reliability on performance.It puts forward the proposal of"three drives and two transformations".
