The employment of college graduates is related to the national plan and people's livelihood.In view of the problems faced by the current employment of college graduates,such as the transformation of traditional employment mode,the pressure on the supply side of talents,and the relative shortage of effective market demand,this paper holds systematic thinking and problem-oriented,and puts forward opinions and suggestions on improving the employment work system and promoting the high-quality and full employment of college graduates from four aspects:employment policy system,employment guidance system,employment service system and employment security system.
