Proactively Serving Local Construction and Industrial Development,and Ensuring Graduate Employment Success—A Case Study of Guangzhou Panyu Polytechnic
The development of industries and the cultivation of vocational education talents constitute a bidirectional adaptation process.To achieve higher quality employment,higher vocational colleges must actively adapt to the needs of local economic and industrial development.Based on the theory of the coupling relationship between vocational education and industrial development,this paper focuses on analyzing the experiences and practices of the selected subject in advancing employment work.This includes optimizing disciplines and majors,actively aligning with regional industrial development;deepening the integration of industry and education to enhance the compatibility of talent training;and constructing cooperative platforms to vigorously expand employment position resources.Furthermore,this paper proposes that higher vocational colleges can draw on the experience of orienting towards industrial demands,establishing and perfecting a dynamic adjustment mechanism for disciplines and majors;focusing on the core needs of the industry to promote deep integration of production and education;and strengthening cooperation and communication to expand employment resources through multiple channels.
