高校毕业生就业质量的影响因素研究

本文基于中国调查与数据中心对全国2023届高校毕业生的抽样调查数据,从毕业生的毕业去向、简历录用率及就业满意度三个方面来考察高校毕业生的就业质量,然后进一步从毕业生个人、家庭及学校三个方面来分析影响高校毕业生就业质量的因素.研究发现,高校毕业生的个人因素、家庭因素及学校因素对毕业去向、简历录用率及就业满意度有显著影响.提升大学生就业质量应关注学生的群体差异,通过政府的政策引领、学校的就业帮扶、家庭的资源支持促进毕业生个人就业能力的提升,多方联动促进大学生高质量就业.
A Study on the Factors Influencing the Employment Quality of College Graduates
This paper is based on the survey data of the 2023 batch of college graduates across China,collected by the National Survey Research Center at Renmin University o China.It examines the employment quality of college graduates from three aspects:the direction of graduates'post-graduation,resume acceptance rate,and job satisfaction.Further,it analyzes the factors influencing the employment quality of college graduates from three dimensions:individual factors of the graduates,family factors,and school factors.The study finds that the personal factors of college graduates,family factors,and school factors significantly affect their post-graduation directions,resume acceptance rate,and job satisfaction.To enhance the employment quality of university students,it is important to focus on the group differences among students.A multi-faceted approach involving government policy guidance,university employment assistance,and family resource support should be employed to improve the individual employment capabilities of graduates,thereby promoting high-quality employment for university students.
