This paper is based on the survey data of the 2023 batch of college graduates across China,collected by the National Survey Research Center at Renmin University o China.It examines the employment quality of college graduates from three aspects:the direction of graduates'post-graduation,resume acceptance rate,and job satisfaction.Further,it analyzes the factors influencing the employment quality of college graduates from three dimensions:individual factors of the graduates,family factors,and school factors.The study finds that the personal factors of college graduates,family factors,and school factors significantly affect their post-graduation directions,resume acceptance rate,and job satisfaction.To enhance the employment quality of university students,it is important to focus on the group differences among students.A multi-faceted approach involving government policy guidance,university employment assistance,and family resource support should be employed to improve the individual employment capabilities of graduates,thereby promoting high-quality employment for university students.
