Analysis of the Changing Characteristics and Guiding Strategies of Employment Value Orientation for the Graduates—Based on Analysis of Employment Quality Reports of 38 "985"universities from 2017 to 2022
Due to the dual pressure of continuous socio-economic downturn and the surge in the number of graduates in the late three years,the employment value orientation of the graduates has changed.We collected and organized the"Graduates'Employment Quality Reports"from 38"985"universities.Based on the size,structure,educational level,unit type,regional distribution,and industry destination of the graduates,we did literature analysis,mathematical analysis,and comparative analysis to depict the changes in employment choices of graduates in three years before and after the epidemic,as well as the new characteristics of current employment value orientations of graduates.And countermeasures and suggestions for guiding the employment value orientation of graduates in universities is proposed.
