Achieving more comprehensive and higher-quality employment is an inherent requirement for propelling high-quality development and the comprehensive construction of a socialist modernized country.Employment services are identified as a potent means to enhance the quality of employment.Analyzing the achievements in the effectiveness of university employment services in recent years,recognizing challenges and shortcomings,and taking employment-oriented education as the guiding principle,concerted efforts are made through employment services in policy implementation,curriculum design,innovation and entrepreneurship education,and faculty team development.Through a multifaceted and coordinated approach,concerted measures are taken to earnestly enhance the efficiency of employment services,aiming to propel the overall employment level towards a higher quality development stage.
