The Dilemma and Optimization of High-Quality Employment for 'Double First-Class' University—A Case Study of Z University
High-quality employment for graduates from Double First-Class University is an important intellectual support for national strategies,as well as a key indicator for the development and assessment of talent cultivation in these universities.This article conducts an in-depth analysis of the plight of high-quality employment at Z University in terms of institutional mechanisms,employment status of graduates,and career education,in response to the new requirements and characteristics faced by high-quality employment for graduates from Double First-Class University.Five breakthroughs for promoting high-quality employment work are proposed,with the aim of providing reference for the target and path of future work in this area.
