Practice Exploration on the Integration of School and Enterprise Education Based on the Training of Employment Ability
The ideal vocational education can give full play to the advantages of the intersection of education,science and technology and talents,and provide important personnel support for the comprehensive implementation of the strategy of China's education power,science and technology power,talent power,and service skill-based society construction.The goal of vocational education personnel training in China is to train highly qualified professional and technical personnel who can meet the needs of enterprises.For a long time,the students trained by vocational colleges in China can not meet the individual needs of employers,and the graduates have serious difficulties in low-paid employment and re-employment.There is a direct correlation between the quality of vocational education talents training and the practical effect of school-enterprise integrated education.The school-enterprise integrated education has obvious advantages in cultivating skilled applied talents,and it needs to be effectively integrated in the aspects of talent training objectives,education and teaching content,professional curriculum structure,integrated education model and teaching quality evaluation,so as to drive students to improve their vocational skills and make career planning.We will achieve high-quality employment.
