At present,the employment of college graduates is facing the severe situation of"being between Scylla and Charybdis"and"being attacked from the front and back".On the one hand,the employment scale of college graduates continues to grow and will continue to grow for several years.On the other hand,changes in the domestic and foreign environment have brought many new difficulties and challenges.But at the same time,the employment work of colleges and universities still continues the work paradigm of one or two decades ago,showing the obvious characteristics such as"fragmentation","pointing","fragmentation"and"utilitarianism".Under the new employment situation,colleges and universities are stumbling and unable to cope with their strength.To do a good job in the employment of college graduates,it is not only necessary for party committees and governments at all levels to attach great importance to it,but also to promote the paradigm change of employment work in colleges and universities,establish the work concept of"mass employment",promote the"systematization"of employment work in the system and mechanism,and build a full-staff,full-process,and all-round employment work system for colleges and universities.
