摘要
高校毕业生是国家宝贵的人才资源.为有效推进高校毕业生高质量充分就业,需结合新时代高校毕业生就业工作的新要求,逐步破解就业渠道拓展难、联动机制推进难、就业指导提升难、招就观念转变难的现实困境.本文聚焦"抓队伍,促提升""抓课堂,促规范""抓指导,促育人""抓保障,促发展""抓反馈,促精准"五个层面,构建完善的就业指导服务体系,切实提高就业工作的温度、效度、广度、力度与精度,进一步提升高等教育服务经济社会发展的能力.
Abstract
College graduates are valuable human resources of the country.In order to effectively promote the high-quality and full employment of college graduates,it is necessary to combine with the new requirements of the employment of college graduates in the new era,and gradually solve the current dilemma posed by the difficulties in expanding employment channels,facilitating the linkage work mechanism,improving guidance services,and changing the concept of enrollment and employment.This paper focuses on the five levels of"grip the guidance team,promote the improvement of faculty abilities","grip the classroom,promote course standards","grip the guidance,promote education","grip the guarantee,promote development","grip the evaluation and feedback,promote precision",build a perfect employment guidance service system,and effectively improve the"humanizing","validity","breadth","strength"and"precision"of employment work.It aims to further enhance the capacity of higher education to serve economic and social development.
