Research on the Bottleneck and Countermeasures of Employment Difficulty Graduates in Shaanxi Colleges and Universities in the Perspective of Competency Theory
With the development of China's higher education and the increase in the number of students in colleges and universities,the employment problem of college students has gradually become the focus of society.In the present time,enterprises pay more and more attention to the competency of graduates,especially the three aspects of knowledge,skills and self-concept.Starting from the competency theory model,this study selects the three dimensions of knowledge,skills and self-concept in the competency theory model,takes the graduates who have difficulty in employment in Shaanxi universities as an example,collects a large amount of data through the questionnaire survey method,analyzes the main factors affecting the employment of the graduates in-depth,and analyzes the reasons based on the competency theory and proposes the strategies to deal with them.
