摘要
系统思维下构建高校就业工作体系,对洞察高校就业工作的现时形态和未来之势、促进高校就业工作体系内部之间融合性发展、大学生综合素养的全面提升有着重要的积极作用.针对目前高校就业工作体系中出现的各主体力量分散、就业生态环境营造不充分以及课程体系建设不完善等问题,需坚持整体性原则、动态性原则、结构性原则,加强就业工作主体制度建设,优化高校就业工作生态环境,筑牢就业课程体系根基.
Abstract
Under the framework of systems thinking,the construction of the university employment system plays a crucial role in gaining insights into the current state and future trends of university employment work.It facilitates the integrated development within the university employment system and comprehensive enhancement of students'overall capabilities.Addressing issues such as the scattered forces among various stakeholders,insufficient creation of the employment ecological environment,and the imperfect construction of curriculum systems within the current university employment system requires adhering to principles of comprehensiveness,dynamism,and structural considerations.In addressing current issues within the university employment system,such as the dispersion of various stakeholder forces,inadequate cultivation of the employment ecological environment,and imperfect development of the knowledge system,it is crucial to adhere to principles of comprehensiveness,dynamism,and structural considerations.Strengthening the institutional development of the main bodies involved in employment work,optimizing the ecological environment for university employment,and establishing a solid foundation for the employment system are essential.
