The report of the 20th Party Congress proposes to make integrated deployment of education,science and technology,and talents,and to cultivate new talents who will take up the great responsibility of national rejuvenation.The new task of the era puts forward higher requirements for universities to continue to deepen the concept of education,synergize the path of talent cultivation,and optimize the direction of talent delivery to serve the needs of national development and society,and it is necessary to break down the barriers of traditional innovation and entrepreneurship education,and to give full play to the synergy and driving effect of innovation and entrepreneurship education and high-quality employment work.Under the deployment of the project of casting souls for new generations,the concept of"innovationbased entrepreneurship"has been given a new connotation,which can provide three directions for innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities.In the face of the challenges of traditional innovation and entrepreneurship education,the concept of"innovation-based entrepreneurship"can play a breakthrough leading role to meet the demand for higher potential talents under the development trend of high quality,and as a catalyst,it can promote innovation and entrepreneurship education through the three-direction embeddedness of goals,functions and interests,and the four-dimension coupling strategy of values,processes,mechanisms and platforms,and doubly promotes the work of high-quality employment to form a synergy of nurturing people in universities.
