Developing an Effective Linkage Mechanism for the Employment-Enrollment-training Process in the New Era
In the new era,the pressure of employment for graduates is increasing, and there is a lack of smooth coordination between the supply and demand in the job market. This situation calls for stronger collaboration in the areas of employment, enrollment, and training in colleges and universities.By establishing an"employment-enrollment-training"linkage mechanism, the quality of talent training in colleges and universities can be enhanced, contributing to coordinated regional development at a broader level. Moreover, this mechanism can foster the integrated development of industry, university, research, and use at a micro level, ultimately promoting comprehensive growth for students.Considering practical issues such as the mismatch between academic disciplines and market demand, the challenges faced during the period of teaching reform, the need for better cooperation between educational institutions and enterprises, and the lack of sufficient feedback in regards to employment, enrollment, and training, this paper aims to provide opinions and suggestions to continuously improve and collaborate across all aspects of these processes in colleges and universities.
