数智时代高校创新创业人才培养路径探究

摘要
教育是科技创新的重要支撑,创新创业人才是驱动数智时代发展的核心动力.高校作为创新创业人才培养的重要平台,已从试点探索阶段步入深入发展阶段.高校应积极探索形成"理论-实践"创新创业课程体系,研究打造产教融合的创新创业生态链,搭建多维互动的创新创业训练平台,推进创新创业教育教学改革,形成系统的创新创业型人才的培养路径,着力培养数智时代所需的数字化、智能化、创新型和复合型人才.
Abstract
Education is an important support for scientific and technological innovation,and innovative entrepreneurs are the core driving force for the development of the digital intelligence era.Universities,as a vital platform for the training of innovative and entrepreneurial talents,have moved beyond the pilot exploration phase to a more advanced stage of development.Colleges and universities should actively explore the formation of a"theory-practice"innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum system,study and build an innovation and entrepreneurship ecological chain integrating production and education,establish a multi-dimensional interactive training platform,advance the reform of education and teaching in this field,form a systematic pathway for nurturing innovative and entrepreneurial talents,and focus on cultivating digital,intelligent,innovative and composite talents needed in the era of digital intelligence.
