高职院校创新创业教育校政企园协同育人机制研究

摘要
培养高素质技术技能型创新人才,关键是开展高质量的创新创业教育.高职院校作为高等教育的重要组成部分,在培养创新创业人才方面具有独特的优势和责任.本文阐述了校政企园协同育人的内涵、理论基础和实践模式,分析了高职院校构建校政企园协同育人机制的必要性,有利于响应国家社会发展战略需求,有利于促进资源整合与优化配置,有利于加强应用型人才培养,有利于创新教育模式、推动教育改革.剖析了当前高职院校创新创业教育的现状及问题,从校政企园协同育人主体的角度提出了确立清晰的理念与目标、完善政策支持体系、建立资源整合与分配机制、建立沟通协调机制、强化实践平台建设和机制、建立有效的评估与反馈机制等建议,以促进高职院校创新创业教育发展,培养家国情怀、创新思维、工匠精神和具备可持续发展能力的创新创业人才,推动经济社会发展.
Abstract
The key to cultivating high-quality technical and skilled innovative talents is to carry out high-quality innovation and entrepreneurship education.As an important part of higher education,higher vocational colleges have unique advantages and responsibilities in cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents.This paper expounds the connotation,theoretical basis and practical model of school-government-enterprise-park cooperative education,and analyzes the necessity of establishing school-government-enterprise-park cooperative education mechanism in higher vocational colleges,which is conducive to responding to the strategic needs of national social development,promoting resource integration and optimal allocation,strengthening application-oriented talent training,and promoting educational reform through innovative education models.This paper analyzes the current status and problems of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges,and proposes to establish clear concepts and objectives,improve policy support system,establish resource integration and distribution mechanism,establish communication and coordination mechanism,and establish effective evaluation and feedback mechanism to promote the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges from the main body of cooperative education in school government,enterprise and park.We will foster innovative and entrepreneurial talents with national feelings,innovative thinking,craftsman spirit and sustainable development ability to promote economic and social development.
