Reconstruction of Youth Employment Pathways in the Era of Artificial Intelligence:Challenges,Opportunities,and Policy Directions
This paper analyzes the characteristics of the job market in the AI era,the challenges and opportunities in the reconstruction of youth employment pathways,and provides policy directions and suggestions,aiming to offer references and insights for the research and practice of youth employment.The job market in the AI era is characterized by high skill levels,high efficiency,high flexibility,and high competitiveness,which demand high-quality,high adaptability,high innovation,and high collaboration in the reconstruction of youth employment pathways.The reconstruction of youth employment pathways faces challenges such as AI substitution,imbalances in employment structure,insufficient employment capabilities,and unequal job opportunities,but also possesses opportunities including AI empowerment,optimization of employment structure,enhancement of employment capabilities,and expansion of job opportunities.To address the employment transformations in the AI era,this paper proposes the following policy directions and suggestions.
