为简化优化求职就业手续,国务院办公厅和教育部相继发文,明确从2023年起,不再发放就业报到证.本文旨在基于现有的政策文件和相关研究,梳理就业报到证的产生背景、存在问题等,以取消就业报到证后的江苏省高校毕业生就业工作为研究对象,通过问卷调查、实地走访等形式,深入调研和分析就业报到证取消后可能面临的就业工作难点及问题,不断完善现有的就业工作机制,并提出相关建议对策.
Abstract
In order to simplify the employment procedures for graduates and encourage flexible employment through multiple channels for college graduates,the General Office of the State Council and the Ministry of Education have successively issued documents clarifying that registration certificate will no longer be issued from 2023.This article aims to sort out the background and existing problems of the generation of registration certificates based on existing policy documents and related research.The employment work of college graduates in Jiangsu Province after the cancellation of registration certificates is taken as the research object.Through questionnaire surveys,field visits and other forms,in-depth research and analysis are conducted on the employment difficulties and problems that may be faced after the cancellation of registration certificate,continuously improving the existing employment working mechanism,and proposing relevant suggestions and countermeasures.
