摘要
高校毕业生就业是关系国家人才发展战略实施和社会和谐稳定的重大民生工程.本文通过对高校毕业生的就业现状和流向结构进行分析调研,从专业结构性矛盾、岗位结构性矛盾、知识技能结构性矛盾三个方面探究高校毕业生就业结构性矛盾的体现及成因,并针对性地提出加强市场性岗位开拓、强化政策落实等六个方面的对策建议,旨在从缓解就业结构性矛盾角度,为促进高校毕业生更加充分和更高质量就业探索有效路径.
Abstract
The employment of college graduates is an important livelihood project related to the implementation of the national talent development strategy and social harmony and stability.Based on the analysis and investigation of the employment status and flow structure of college graduates,this paper explores the embodiment and causes of the structural contradictions of college graduates'employment from three aspects:professional structural contradictions,post structural contradictions and knowledge and skills structural contradictions,and puts forward six countermeasures and suggestions,such as strengthening market-oriented job development and strengthening policy implementation,in order to explore effective ways to promote college graduates'more full and higher-quality employment from the perspective of alleviating the structural contradictions of employment.
