摘要
当前,我国大学生就业形势日渐严峻.特别是大学生就业困难群体,由于受到家庭经济条件、生活与学习的压力、身体状况、外部环境及其他因素影响,在就业方面处于弱势,因此如何提高大学生就业困难群体毕业生的就业率成为一个亟待解决的问题.本文阐述了提高大学生就业竞争力的意义,调查分析了目前大学生就业困难群体的就业竞争力存在的问题及影响因素,并探索出提升途径,旨在解决就业难题.
Abstract
At present,the employment situation of college students in China is gradually becoming more and more severe.Especially college students'difficult-to-employ groups is in a disadvantageous position in employment due to the influence of family economic conditions,pressure of life and study,physical condition,external environment and other factors,so how to improve the employment rate of graduates from college students difficult-to-employ groups has become an urgent problem to be solved.The article describes the significance of improving the employment competitiveness of college students,investigates and analyzes the current problems and influencing factors of the employment competitiveness of college students'difficult-to-employ groups,and explores ways to improve them,aiming at solving the employment problems.
