摘要
本研究聚焦医学本科生就业状况问题,探索其影响因素和解决路径.选取甘肃某高校的医学本科毕业生为研究对象,对近五年的毕业去向、就业地域分布和单位流向进行分析.从学校和学生个人等多个维度剖析影响就业的主要因素,提出通过专业思想教育、职业规划教育和科研实践教育等方式提升医学本科毕业生的就业满意度.
Abstract
This study focuses on the employment status of medical undergraduates,exploring its influencing factors and potential solutions.It selects medical undergraduates from a university in Gansu as the research subjects and analyzes their employment destinations,geographical distribution,and organizational flow over the past five years.The main factors affecting employment are dissected from multiple dimensions,including the school and the students themselves.The study proposes enhancing the employment satisfaction of medical undergraduates through methods such as professional ideological education,career planning education,and scientific research practice education.
