在新时代乡村振兴略背景下,大学生返乡创业作为一种时代新风,促进就业的同时助推农村经济的发展.本文阐释大学生返乡创业和乡村振兴的关系,描述青海省大学生返乡创业的现状,得出青海省大学生返乡创业过程中存在应对市场风险的能力较弱,筹资融资困难且缺乏足够的资金支持,企业管理的科学性方面有待完善、专业型人才紧缺、团队整体素质有待提升,熟人社会下创业者的心理素质和抵抗能力有待加强五个方面的困境,并提出相应的解决路径.
Abstract
Under the background of rural revitalization in the new era,college students returning home to start their own businesses,as a new trend of The Times,to promote employment and boost the development of rural economy.First of all,this paper aims to relieve the employment pressure of college students and accelerate the pace of rural revitalization,and explains the relationship between college students returning to their hometown to start businesses and rural revitalization.Second,describes the present situation of Qinghai province college students returning home entrepreneurship,according to the status quo analysis and concluded that college students returning home in the process of ability to cope with market risk is weak,financing financing difficulties and lack of sufficient financial support,enterprise management scientific needs to be perfect,professional talent shortage,the overall quality to improve,acquaintances social entrepreneurs under the psychological quality and resistance ability to strengthen the plight of the five aspects and put forward the corresponding solution path.
