Focuses on the current employment mentality confusion,negative employment attitudes,and serious individualistic tendencies among college students in China.This paper explores the positive role that labor education can play in cultivating positive employment attitudes,guiding correct employment choices,enhancing employment confidence,and stimulating high-level innovation and creation from the perspective of high-quality development of higher education.Based on the analysis,the paper provides policy recommendations for shaping the scientific and rational employment outlook of college students through the following practical paths,including organic infiltration of labor education in disciplines and majors,arrangement of labor practice in extracurricular activities,strengthening labor culture in campus cultural construction,and constructing a new pattern of deep synergy between labor education and ideological and political education,professional education,employment education,and innovation and entrepreneurship education.
