摘要
教育科技人才三位一体、辩证统一,大学生就业创业平台建设是整合各方资源共同助力大学生就业创业、推动高等教育改革、提升人才培养质量的重要抓手.湖南省创新探索,围绕信息服务、教育改革、精准指导、技术培训、机动实习、实践课题、联合研发、成果转化、产品推介、企业孵化"十上平台",大力推动建设一批高校就业创业大平台,有一定借鉴和推广价值.大学生就业创业平台建设,应坚持系统集成、大用户思维、健全机制;应强化育人导向、拓展发展链路、抓实条件保障、用好各类主体、完善考评指标,把平台建好管好用好,在服务就业创业、服务教育科技人才一体发展中发挥作用.
Abstract
Education,science and technology,talents are integral and dialectically unified.It is crucial to construct platforms for college students'employment and entrepreneurship,which can serves as a vital tool for integrating various resources to assist students in career endeavors,promote higher education reform,and enhance the quality of talent cultivation.Hunan Province build a series of platforms for college students'employment and entrepreneurship innovatively,mainly focusing on"ten sub-platforms"including information services,educational reform,precise guidance,technical training,flexible internships,practical projects,joint research and development,results transformation,product promotion,and corporate incubation,which may serve as a good reference and are worth to be promoted.The development of these platforms should adhere to system integration,a big-user mindset,robust mechanisms,strengthen the focus on talent cultivation,expand development linkages,ensure adequate conditions,utilize various entities effectively,refine assessment indicators and efficiently build,manage,and utilize these platforms,fulfilling their roles in facilitating employment,entrepreneurship and the integrated development of education,science and technology,and talents.
