The Empirical and Countermeasures Study of Promoting SMEs to Absorb College Graduates——Reshaping Students''Four Ability Concepts'from the Perspective of'Trinity'
The employment of college graduates is of paramount importance for social stability and driving innovation-led development.Small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)serve as dual engines for innovation and employment in China and theoretically offer greater support in addressing employment issues. However, there exists a significant structural contradiction between the employment abilities and ideologies of students and the recruitment demands of SMEs,which hampers the realization of this potential.Based on research interviews with students, career counselors from different levels of universities, and SMEs,this paper constructs a four-factor system that influences students'employment in SMEs through factor analysis. The empirical results further demonstrate that insufficient construction of students'occupational basic skills, high job and salary expectations, and a lack of understanding of SMEs recruitment and information channels contribute to students'unwillingness to seek employment in SMEs.Accordingly, this paper proposes a countermeasure system comprising reforms in the university education system, government policy guidance and support, and the improvement of SME recruitment processes. This system provides data, theories, and policy support to promote the absorption of college graduates into SMEs,enhance innovation levels, address employment issues, and facilitate students'personal growth.
