摘要
基于18所高校大学生学习投入与职业素养调查数据,分析大学生课程学习投入度、职业准备度、环境支持度、学习收获度和职业素养状况及其影响因素.研究发现,高校大学生学习认知、态度与学校归属关联度高;教学质量、学习能力和职业素养提升是学生收获度高的重要因素;学生参加工作的意义体现在大学生的价值观、生涯规划和实习经历.针对存在的师生互动、专业认同度、职业素养及学习环境支持不足等问题,从课堂教学、专业建设、制度机制方面提出高校大学生职业素养提升的相关意见建议,为教育主管部门制定政策、高校培养人才、用人单位遴选人才以及大学生明晰自身发展提供重要的数据支撑.
Abstract
Artificial intelligence and digital technology reshape the talent training mode of higher education,and put forward new demands for the learning content,way and professional quality of college students.The high-quality development of higher education urgently needs the connotative transformation of college students'learning and development.Based on 18 undergraduate college students learning investment and professional quality survey data,using the combination of quantitative and qualitative,analysis of college students'curriculum investment,professional readiness,environmental support,learning harvest and professional quality status and its influencing factors,for the competent department of education,policy,talent training,unit of choose and employ persons selection,and college students clear their own development to provide important data support.
